The warm hospitality from Ionnis made our stay special. The personalized welcome drinks and delicious farm-to-table meals showcased the hotel's commitment to quality.

I loved how unique and artistic the hotel felt. The rooms had a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare snacks. The beds were very comfortable. Such a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the lively areas of Heraklion. They even provided a breakfast package for our early departure. Only downside? The air conditioner was in a weird spot, which made it take longer to cool the room. Also, the bathroom was a bit cramped, especially the shower. Overall, still a fantastic choice for our stay.

The artistic decor throughout the rooms creates a unique atmosphere, and the location pulls you right into the heart of the action. The small kitchen setup in the room is a thoughtful touch for whipping up snacks.

The check-in process is confusing since the reception closes right at 15:00, leading to potential delays for arrivals. The air conditioning placement isn't ideal, making it struggle to cool effectively, and the shower in the bathroom is cramped, which can be uncomfortable for taller guests. Additionally, some rooms suffer from noise due to their proximity to street level, not to mention the less-than-ideal cleanliness of certain areas upon arrival.

The check-in process is poorly managed!!! Reception closes too early, leading to irritation for late arrivals. No elevator makes lugging bags a real hassle, especially for those on higher floors. Shower water pressure is frustratingly low!!!

The central location made it easy to explore local shops and cafes. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of fresh options and local flavors. The room provided a nice view of the vibrant city, which added charm to the stay.

I spent 2 nights in a superior double room, and wow,, the beds were really comfortable.

It wasn’t the cheapest option,, but I found it totally acceptable for what I got.

the breakfast courtyard is a stunning place to relax while enjoying your meal, and the hotel's central location puts you just minutes away from top attractions like the heraklion archaeological museum and the beautiful vasiliki agios markos municipal art gallery.

the room was large and clean with great bathroom products. breakfast was excellant!
